Sometimes shopping can present some challenges - finding your way around, looking for a specific store, searching for a money machine, or even looking for a lost child!  Where do we go for assistance?

North City Shopping Centre has a Customer Service Desk, which is located conveniently on Level 1 between Hannahs and Pascoes.  Friendly staff are available at all times during the Centre's shopping hours and are trained to assist you with enquiries, directions, community and transport information, lost and found (including kids!), wheelchair and pram loan, Kiddy Kab hire, and public announcements.

The Customer Service Desk also holds entry forms for current promotions and application forms for the NC Kids Club, and is also the point to hand in these completed forms. Phone enquiries are also welcome on +64 4 237 5569.

The Centre's modern hands-free toilet facilities are conveniently located on both levels of the shopping centre.

• upper Level, between The $2 Shop and The Body Shop; and
• lower Level, between Overland and Merric

Both upper level and lower level toilet facilities feature award-winning parents' rooms, equipped with:

• changing facilities;
• separate feeding cubicles;
• bottle warmers and microwaves; and
• toddler's toilets - all provided for parents' convenience

Located on Level 4 of North City Shopping Centre, in the heart of the  Porirua Central Business District, the Kiwi Room offers a versatile, convenient and cost effective space for your meeting, conference or training requirements.

The Kiwi Room is tastefully and neutrally decorated and is the ideal space for smaller workshops, conferences and meetings.  Bookings can be made per hour or on a full or half day basis.

Equipment
The Kiwi Room comes equipped with complimentary whiteboard, five large tables and seating for up to 35 people. We also have a wide range of the latest presentation and audio visual equipment available that can be hired to suit your requirements. Let us know your needs and we can advise on cost.

Catering
Less than a minute’s walk away is the option of informally dining at one of the many food court outlets or superb cafes located throughout the centre. Delivered catering is available and can be arranged directly with our caterers. Alternatively we can take this weight off your shoulders. Tea and coffee making facilities are complimentary.

Just off SH1, North City Shopping Centre is easily reached from the Kapiti Coast and only 15 minutes from Wellington, with excellent public transport links and the option of onsite parking.
